Can I have my order signed?

Absolutely, depending on what it is! Leave a note on your order and we'll see what we can do.

Where does my order come from? 

Each order is lovingly hand-packed in North London, and is packaged with recyclable materials.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to get packages out within three days of the order having been placed. Packages on their way out of the UK may experience delays due to customs checks.

We recently took the decision to only offer our customers Royal Mail tracked shipping, rather than Royal Mail standard (ie: untracked). Customers in the EU who chose to order from us (rather than from the EU store) sometimes find that orders could be delayed due customs issues - using tracked shipping for all customers ensures that we'll always know where your parcel is. 

Orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. As the UK has now left the European Union we advise that you check with your local authority to confirm if your order will be subject to further charges.  A.A. Williams is not liable for any customs charges that your country may impose. 

Where is my parcel?

You'll find a tracking number on your customer account, or on your shipping notification email. If you can't find it, get in touch and we'll look it up for you.

My parcel is lost or damaged - what to I do?

If your product is faulty we can offer a refund or replacement on receiving proof of damage. If you have selected tracked shipping and your item has been lost we can offer a replacement or a refund.
