Can I have my order signed?

Absolutely, depending on what it is! Leave a note on your order and we'll see what we can do.

Where does my order come from? 

Each order is lovingly hand-packed in North London, and is packaged with recyclable materials.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to get packages out within three days of the order having been placed. Packages on their way to non-UK countries may experience delays due to customs checks.

We can offer standard or tracked shipping, just make your choice at checkout. However, we strongly advise that non-UK customers select tracked shipping.

Orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. As the UK has now left the European Union we advise that you check with your local authority to confirm if your order will be subject to further charges.  A.A. Williams is not liable for any customs charges that your country may impose. 

Where is my parcel?

We strongly recommend that non-UK customers select tracked shipping for their package - this will ensure that you can check on the whereabouts of your parcel as it makes its way to you. 

Unfortunately, with standard shipping we cannot trace your parcel.

My parcel is lost or damaged - what to I do?

If your product is faulty we can offer a refund or replacement on receiving proof of damage. If you have selected tracked shipping and your item has been lost we can offer a replacement or a refund.

If you have opted for standard shipping and your parcel doesn't arrive we unfortunately cannot be held accountable.
